Game Night will begin on January 7th 2010 at the Cottonwood Barnes and Noble bookstore at 7:00 pm. This is the same night, time and location as the Westside Chess Club. At this first meeting we will have Nine Men Morris to play, as well as some casual chess with the members of the chess club. The gaming happens in the coffee shop area - just look for people playing chess or nine men morris and ask to join in! Don't be shy!!! Nine men morris doesn't have alot of rules, but the strategies used can be challenging!
I will have four or five nine men morris boards - if anyone is interested in purchasing one, the price will be $10.00 (selling game boards is not our goal, but if someone is interested, please ask!)
We will be adding more games each month or so until we have a nice variety!!!
ALSO . . . We might be adding a game night on Monday's in Rio Rancho - howewver, I have to clear it with the "location" owners.
